Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ARICO Platform and ARICO mobile apps (the "Service") operated by ARICO Group (G.G KINGDOM, "we", "us", "our"). They define the terms of use, rights and obligations of members and the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
"Service" means all features of the ARICO Platform (registration, event booking, gallery, subscription, practice tracking, teams, competitions, AI coaching, etc.).
"Member" means any person who has accepted these Terms and completed registration.
"Premium Member" means a Member with an active paid subscription.
"Operator" means a person authorized by the Company to run competitions via the ARICO Staff app.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)
These Terms take effect when you agree to them at registration. We may amend the Terms when necessary and will notify you in-service or by email at least 7 days before (30 days for material changes) the effective date.
Article 4 (Membership)
Registration is open to individuals aged 14 or older who agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You may register via email or social login (Google, Kakao, LINE, Apple).
We may refuse registration or revoke membership for:
Identity theft or false information
Registration by anyone under 14
Violation of laws or these Terms
Article 5 (Services Provided)
Information and booking for ARICO-hosted events and competitions
Practice tracking, score analysis, AI coaching
Team matching, chat, and ranking
Coach profiles and consultation booking
Gallery (SmugMug-integrated) photo browsing
Arico.tv video content (external links)
Onlineshop (external site) navigation
Premium subscription benefits (unlimited AI coaching, extended team features, etc.)
Article 6 (Premium Subscription and Cancellation)
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually with auto-renewal.
Payments are processed through PG providers (Square, PayPal, Toss Payments). We do not store raw card numbers.
You may cancel anytime via Web My Page. After cancellation, you retain benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
Payment is not processed inside the mobile app; all payments are made via the website (unis.center or arico-group.com).
Article 7 (Event Registration and Refunds)
Cancellation and refund policies are specified on each event page. Where not specified, the following defaults apply.
Up to 7 days before the event — 100% refund
Up to 24 hours before — 50% refund
Within 24 hours — no refund (except force majeure or organizer-side cancellation)
Article 8 (Member Obligations)
Members must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
Members must not:
Impersonate others, leak personal information, or defame
Disrupt service operation (crawling, automation, malware)
Infringe copyrights or other rights
Post content that violates public morals (obscene, violent, discriminatory)
Article 9 (Service Interruption and Limitation of Liability)
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, war, telecom outages, cloud infrastructure failures (Microsoft Azure, Google Firebase), or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Article 10 (Intellectual Property)
All Service content (text, images, logos, software) belongs to the Company or its rightful owners. Content you post remains your property, but you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for Service operation and promotion.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court located at the Company's principal office (Republic of Korea), with Korean law as the governing law.
Article 12 (Changes)

These Terms are provided in Korean, Japanese, and English. In case of any inconsistency, the Korean version shall prevail.
