MemberWhat's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free members can book events, view coach profiles, browse public gallery albums, and use 1:1 inquiries. Premium members also get 24-48h priority booking, premium-only videos and galleries, 5-15% off the shop and events, and one free Super Advisor consultation per month.
MemberHow do I delete my account?
Go to My Page → Edit Profile and use the account deletion button at the bottom. Some records (such as transactions) are kept for five years as required by law.
MemberCan I sign up from Korea or the US?
You can sign up from anywhere, but we currently focus on the Japanese market. Korean and English versions will roll out in stages.
MemberWhen will social login be added?
Google arrives in Phase 1.5, LINE in Phase 2, and Kakao in Phase 2-3. The social buttons on the sign-up form currently show the phase and are disabled.
BookingUntil when can I cancel an event booking?
Standard policy: 100% refund up to 7 days before, 50% up to 24 hours before, no refund within 24 hours. Policies can vary by event, so check each event page.
BookingHow does Premium priority booking work?
Some events (mainly Cups and popular seminars) open to Premium members 24-48 hours before the public. If an event page shows the Premium priority booking banner, the policy applies.
BookingWhat if the schedule changes after I book?
If an event changes, we notify you within 24 hours by email and push notification. Cancellations due to changes are fully refunded.
SubscriptionAm I charged automatically after the 7-day trial?
Yes — we send a reminder 24 hours before the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't be charged.
SubscriptionCan I cancel anytime?
Yes — from My Page → Manage subscription. After cancelling, you keep Premium benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
SubscriptionMonthly vs. annual plans?
Monthly ¥980 / annual ¥9,800 (about ¥817/mo, roughly 17% off). Annual plans renew yearly with a reminder 30 days before renewal.
PaymentWhat payment methods are supported?
VISA, Master, AMEX, and JCB cards via Square (from Phase 2). Local payment methods will be added as we expand to Korea and the US.
PaymentWhere do I get receipts?
Download them from My Page → Manage subscription → Payment history. A payment confirmation email is also sent automatically.

Not yet — the online shop runs separately at
arico-archery.com (MakeShop). SSO integration with ARICO Platform accounts is planned for Phase 4.

test.arico.tv (www.arico.tv at launch), built on Vimeo OTT. A separate sign-up is currently required; integration with ARICO Platform accounts is planned for Phase 4.

Some photos are downloadable per SmugMug's policy, and Premium members get broader access. Commercial use requires separate arrangement.
